Our delivery partner Australia Post is working hard to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible. 

The best way to track your deliveries is through Australia Post’s mobile app. Get expected delivery dates, localised service updates and stay notified if things change.

How do I track my order?
The best way to track your order is via the courier’s tracking page.

You can find your tracking number in the tracking confirmation email that is sent to you after your parcel leaves our warehouse. 
I think my order is lost with Australia Post.
Oh no! The best way to deal with this is to directly contact the courier as they will have further information. 
Please visit: https://auspost.com.au/help-and-support, there is an enquiry, online chat or call option. 
Australia Post will directly keep you updated if they open up an enquiry. If they confirm your parcel is lost, please email us this correspondence (screenshot or forwarded email) so we can rectify the issue for you.

Oh no! The best way to deal with this is to directly contact the courier as they will have further information. 
Please visit https://www.couriersplease.com.au/tools-track, there is a button on the bottom right corner of the webpage. If you ask to chat to a human twice you will able to get in contact with a representative who will be able to assist you further.
 
Unfortunately, we do not have access to their systems so only they would be able to access proof of delivery or see if your parcel has been deemed as lost. 
 
If they deem your parcel as lost in transit, please email us this correspondence (screenshot or forwarded email) so we can rectify the issue for you. They may open up a case for you so they can investigate where it is and they will be in touch with you via email if this occurs.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Items sent to New Zealand may be delayed by up to nine days.

Delivery services have been affected by:

  • Nationwide State of Emergency and flight cancellations due to Tropical Cyclone Gabrielle.
  • Delays between clearance by NZ Customs and handover to NZ Post.

New Zealand orders have the option of Standard service with Australia Post or DHL express. Prices are calculated at checkout.

All other International Orders are sent via DHL Express.
