We will be having a sitewide sale (besides our Christmas collection) - we will also have 10 Black Friday Exclusive styles launching

You don't need a code :) All sale items will be automatically discounted.

Absolutely! We have 10 exclusive new styles launching with our sale.

Due to the large influx of orders during this time we are unable to alter your order after it has been placed. This includes changing sizes, styles and shipping infomation.

Please be mindful of this when checking out and make sure you double check your order before placing it.

Unfortunately we cannot cancel your order after it has been placed. We apologise for the inconvenience. 

All Black Friday Sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for sale items.

Due to the high influx of orders placed during our Black Friday Sale, please allow up to 15 business days to receive your shipping/ dispatch information. 

Our warehouse team will be working extra hard to make sure your orders are packed as quickly as possible :)

You will receive your tracking information once your order has been packed and picked up by the courier. Please allow up to 15 business days for this due to the high influx of orders to pack.

If you order with express shipping your order will be prioritised. 

Unfortunately this can happen when there are high volumes of people shopping on our website at once.

Adding an item into your cart does not secure it, an item is only secured once you complete the payment and finalise your order.

If an item you ordered oversells, we will contact you via email to let you know and a refund will be processed back onto your original payment method.

You cannot apply discount codes to sale items. We apologise for the inconvenience!
