• How do I make an account?+

    Signing up is super easy! Simply follow the link below and enter your name, email and password to register an account. If you already have an account with us then you have automatically been enrolled in our rewards program.

  • I already have an account, do I need to create a new account to get rewards?+

    All customers with an active account are automatically enrolled into our rewards program. Simply login to your account to start earning rewards!

  • I don’t know my password to my account+

    Simply click ‘forgot password’ on the login page and you will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

  • How is my Tier determined?+

    Your tier is determined by the amount you spend in a rolling year (You will be in that tier for one year from the date you earned it.)
    Bronze Snoozer, automatically commence on this level ($0 - $199.99)
    Silver Sleeper, you must spend $200 ($200 - $499.99)
    Gold Dreamer, you must spend $500 ($500 - $999.99)
    Platinum Star, you must spend $1000 ($1000 - $4999.99)
    Diamond Club, you must spend $5000 ($5000 +)
    Once you qualify, you will instantly move up and have access to that tier's perks through the rest of the current calendar year as well as the following calendar year. As you move up in the VIP Tiers, you will retain all benefits from your previous tier.

  • Will there be more rewards added?+

    Yes! We will continually be working on adding more rewards to our program.

  • Does it cost anything to join the rewards program?+

    Nope! Signing up is completely free and you will automatically start receiving rewards!

  • Can I return an order if I received a reward discount?+

    Yes. If you are returning the entire order, we will refund you the total dollar amount spent afterthe discount was applied.

  • How is my free shipping applied at checkout?+

    Your free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout – just remember to make sure you're signed in! Please note free shipping applies only to domestic standard shipping.

  • Why didn’t my purchase show up on the rewards program?+

    Double-check you were signed into your rewards account and didn’t accidentally check out as a guest. You must be logged in when making purchases to earn points. If you have done this in error, contact us at hello@cachia.shop to help apply your points to your account. You also won’t receive points if you return your purchase or your purchase is canceled for any reason. Please note that any points you earn on a purchase you later return will be deducted from your point balance.

  • Can I combine two of my accounts into one to combine my accounts & earnings?+

    Contact customer service by emailing hello@cachia.shop and our team will be happy to assist you with merging your accounts.

  • Are accounts backdated?+

    Absolutely! We are so grateful for all of our customers for their unwavering loyalty. As a token of appreciation, we have backdated your accounts with the past 12 months' worth of purchases. This means you can now begin enjoying the benefits of our rewards program from your previous transactions onwards!

  • How do I add my birthday?+

    Add your birthday via our rewards page https://cachia.shop/pages/rewards. On your birthday we will send you a special discount code via email valid for 30 days from the date of your b-day! *Your birthday code is non-transferable and may not be sold or assigned to anyone else. If we feel someone is trying to manipulate the program, we reserve the right to terminate your account at our discretion.

  • Does my tier expire?+

    Once you enter a tier, you will be in that tier for one year from the date you earned it. Make sure to keep interacting with our program to maintain your status (or even move up a tier)!
