Returns Policy

  • Items must be returned via our returns platform within 30 days of purchase. The 30-day period starts from the date of purchase and ends when the item is received at our warehouse.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tag still attached.

  • Items must be in their original packaging, which must be in its original condition.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for sale items. Please keep this in mind when making a purchase.


    Return for a refund

    1. Log in to our returns platform by entering your order number (found in your order confirmation email) and your postcode.

    2. Select the items you wish to return and follow the steps on the returns platform.

    3. Choose ‘Get Refund’ to have the amount refunded to your original payment method once we receive your return.

      • A return label will be issued, and the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund. For example, if you paid $74.95 for the item and the return label costs $10.00, you will receive a $64.95 refund.

    Exchange

    1. Log in to our returns platform by entering your order number (found in your order confirmation email) and postcode.

    2. Select the items you wish to exchange and choose the replacement items from our website via the returns platform.

    3. At checkout, enter your credit card details. A $1.00 hold will be placed on your card at submission.

      • You will be charged for the return item if it is not shipped within 14 days.

      • If the replacement item is of higher value, you will be required to pay the difference.

    Return for a store credit

    1. Log in to our returns platform by entering your order number (found in your order confirmation email) and postcode.

    2. Select the items you wish to return and proceed with the next steps.

    3. Choose ‘Get Refund’ and then ‘Store Credit’ to receive a credit for the returned item.

      • A return label will be issued, and the cost of the label will be deducted from your store credit. For example, if you paid $74.95 for the item and the return label costs $10.00, you will receive a $64.95 store credit.
