Returns Policy:

At Cachia, comfort is everything. That’s why every full-priced item you purchase is covered by our Cachia Comfort Guarantee. If it’s not the right fit, feel, or vibe, you can return it within 30 days for a refund or exchange, no questions asked!

Here’s how it works:

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your return must be lodged and received at our warehouse within 30 days of purchase.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging. Please try to fold garments neatly, scrunched-up items may incur a $5 pressing fee.

Please note:

  • Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Cachia reserves the right to deny refunds if returned items don’t meet the above requirements upon inspection.

Faulty Items Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality products. If you receive a faulty item, we’re here to help.

You have 60 days from the date of purchase to report any faults. Please contact our Customer Care team with your order details, a description of the issue, and photos of the fault. Once your claim is assessed and approved, we’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.

This policy applies to items with manufacturing faults only and does not cover general wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.
