If you thought the Poojamas were fun… just wait until you see what we’ve cooked up for Christmas! After the wild success of our Father’s Day collab with Sean Szeps, it only made sense to team up again. And this time for something even more iconic: Christmas pyjamas! Together, we’ve created a festive set that captures all the joy and magic of the season, with Sean’s signature touch of fun and personality. Find out how the Ho Ho No set came to life, and continue reading for a fun Christmas Q&A with Sean!

How Did the Ho Ho No Print Come About?
When it came time to brainstorm, Sean didn’t hold back—he came to the table with seven different Christmas concepts (because why stop at one?). The first pitch? Gingerbread men. But not your average, perfect gingerbread men… there was one with a broken leg, another mid-sneaky poo—you know, the kinds of characters that feel a little too relatable after the silly season sets in.
Next up were snowmen—except these ones were melting, because let’s be real: Aussie Christmas doesn’t exactly scream “winter wonderland.” Then came Mr. and Mrs. Claus shaking their booties to Christmas tunes, plus a squad of mischievous elves tangled in fairy lights and, yes, vomiting Christmas candy!
Originally, these were all separate ideas, but the Cachia team had a lightbulb moment: why not mash them together into one big, cheeky, fair-isle-inspired print? Think “ugly Christmas sweater,” but with a fun Sean twist. The second we suggested it, Sean was all in—and just like that, Ho Ho No was born!

Christmas Q&A with Sean
What is a tradition you do with your family every year?
“In America we go and chop down our tree every year. We always look for the smallest, ugliest tree that we can find. This was inspired by a year that we forgot to get a Christmas tree, so as a result we went out to our front lawn and chopped down this horrible little tree that we couldn’t really hang anything on. Then it just became a tradition, it became exciting for us to go and get the tree that no one else wanted. – But now, Elf on the Shelf is a modern day tradition that I do with my kids.”

Which Characters on the Ho Ho No set are your favourite?
“My top five favourites, starting with number five is the Elf that’s tangled up in Christmas lights. He was the first idea that I had, so he holds a special place in my heart. My fourth favourite is the melted snowman. Third favourite is the gingerbread man who’s doing a fart, because if we can’t laugh about farts then what kind of world do we live in! Second favourite is the elf that’s vomiting candy. And then my absolute favourite is – and you’re going to see a trend here – is the pooping Gingerbread Man!”
What does Christmas Day look like for you as a parent?
“Getting up at the crack of dawn. My children are banging on the door at like 3:30am, desperate to run downstairs. I go downstairs first to turn everything on – the lights on the tree, the train sets – then the kids come running down. I of course video tape the whole thing. I’ll always make them open their presents one at a time which they absolutely hate because they’re so eager to rip the presents all open at once! We often try to eat Chinese food as well, which is something that I did with my family growing up.”
What do you want for Christmas this year?
“Peace and ****ing quiet – just kidding!! I don’t really ask for anything anymore. But if I had to ask for something I’d say pyjamas from Cachia!”
